Department of Scientific Administration and Development

• The Department of Scientific Administration and Development is a structural subdivision of the Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University, which carries out activities aimed at planning, organizing and conducting research work at the university.

  The main objectives are:

  • ensuring a steady increase in the quality of research work based on the introduction of modern scientific and innovative technologies and the growth of scientific qualifications of teachers;
  • planning, organizing and conducting research work in the Society;
  • creation of permanent, sustainable and effective research activities of students, teaching the principles of scientific research in accordance with international standards.

  The main tasks are:

  • Introduction of innovative approaches and trends in the field of science;
  • Promotion and dissemination of scientific and technical achievements of the University, organization and participation in international and national conferences, symposiums, exhibitions and meetings on scientific research issues;
  • Improving the efficiency of research work at the university;
  • Ensuring effective interaction and coordination of the activities of the structural divisions of the Institute in the implementation of research and innovation activities;
  • Development of fundamental, applied scientific research as a basis for the creation of new knowledge, the development of new technologies, the establishment and development of scientific institutions and leading research teams in priority areas of science, technology and engineering in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Development of new, progressive forms of cooperation with scientific and educational organizations and institutions in order to jointly solve the most important problems;
  • Creating conditions for the development of university science and the entry of the Institute's research teams into the regional and international market of scientific products;
  • Development of scientific and scientific-technical cooperation with other scientific institutions in order to strengthen the integration process of education and science;
  • Raising the status of scientific, methodological and innovation policy;
  • Implementation of the development strategy and preparation of scientific and innovative projects in priority areas of scientific and technical development of our country;
  • Providing support to teaching staff and students in protecting their intellectual and copyright rights;
  • Organization and coordination of research work of students at the university.

  In 1989 she graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Economics of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. PhD (1996). Author of more than 100 scientific papers on gender issues, women's movement, women's history, feminism, etc.
  Total experience: 34 years.
  • In 2001-2011, Director of the NGO "Center for Gender Studies".
  • In 2011-2016, Director of the Center for Research and Development of the International Academy of Business (ALMAU).
  • Since January 2018, she has been working at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University. Director of the Department for Research and Innovation (2018-2019), Head of the Scientific Publishing Department (2019-2021), Head of the Department for Monitoring Scientific Publications (2021- present).

  Kalipa Zhakibayeva  graduated from the philological faculty of the Shymkent Pedagogical Institute named after N.Krupskaya in 1981 with a degree in "teacher of the Kazakh language and literature". From 1981 to 1983 she taught Kazakh language and literature in Kazakh schools, from 1983 to 2016 she taught Kazakh in Russian classrooms of universities. Since 2016, she has worked at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University in the Department of Science. Currently, she works in the Department of monitoring scientific publications.
  Author of more than 20 scientific articles and 6 textbooks.
