The main purpose of the Center is the formation and promotion of the University talent pool and young talent managers.

The main objectives: to form a database of initiatives and projects that have shown high effectiveness in the development of leadership competencies of students; introduction of best practices, trends, products on leadership and gender issues to create a new wave of young teachers of the University; formation of a database of expert community broad profile (mentors), who betray their knowledge and experience to begin career teachers.
