Notification on holding a competition to attract investments to provide students of NJSC «Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University» with public catering

  NJSC «Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University» (hereinafter – the University) announces a competition to attract investments to provide University students with places in public catering.

  The purpose of the Project: renovation of the Ulpan student canteen to meet the needs of University students by providing comfortable catering services with modern comfort zones.

  Design capacity of the catering area: at least 300 (three hundred)square meters.

  The place of implementation of the project: Almaty city, Almaly district, «Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University».

  The Project implementation period is 6 (six) months or more, of which:

  - repair period: 6 (six) months, with the commissioning of the facility no later than September 01, 2024;

  period of operation: 6 (six) years.

  Reimbursement of investments (expenses, expenses) for an investor, the conclusion of a contract on a long–term basis. In which the recalculation of the tenant's invested investments will be carried out, equivalent to the cost of renting the premises.

  Applications from potential investors are accepted from 01/22/2024 to 01/31/2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. daily, at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Gogol Street, 114, building 1, office no. [●] [4].

  Envelopes with applications from potential investors will be opened on February 01, 2024 at 15.00 at the address: 114 Gogol Street, Building 1, office No. [●] [107], Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

  Participants - potential investors, represented by authorized representatives, have the right to be present at the opening of applications for participation in the competition, provided that they present an identity document, a power of attorney to represent the interests of the participant or a document confirming the appointment to the position of the first head of the participant.
