      NUR-SULTAN. February 5. Press center – In Kazakhstan, in addition to the title of «Best Researcher» will be awarded an incentive bonus in the amount of 2 thousand monthly calculation.

      It should be noted that the relevant bill on science was approved at the first session of the Senate.

      – The bill provides for several innovations. One of the most important of them is the incentive for the best scientists in the amount of 2 thousand MCI with the title of «Best Researcher». We thank the Government for supporting the bill. The amount of this interest is 5 million 834 thousand tenge. This, of course, will increase the interest of young people in science and increase the competitiveness of researchers in this field. According to the bill, the implementation of the rules of remuneration is entrusted to the authorized body, – said at a meeting of the Senate MP Alimzhan Kurtayev.

      Vice Minister of Education and Science Sholpan Karinova touched upon the issue of awarding.

      – «The best researcher» is a long-awaited innovation in the scientific community. This award is provided to 50 researchers per year. Today there are about 20 thousand researchers in the country. It is expected that this award will motivate young professionals. To date, work has begun to determine the specific requirements for scientists for this award. Several suggestions came. At the same time, the issue of transparency is in the first place. The commission that determines it includes well-known public figures, members of public organizations and independent observers, – she said.
