      Doctoral students of the educational programme "Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages", Diana Amirova, Akerke Boltabekova and Ayman Turgalieva, defended their research works before a special commission for the first stage - "literature review". The scientific supervisor of the young researchers is PhD Nazipa Ayubaeva.

      The research topics were diverse: Diana Amirova studied the impact of mentoring on novice teachers, Akerke Boltabekova investigated the impact of teacher certification on teaching, and Ayman Turgalieva devoted her work to the ethical aspects of teacher-student relationships.

                                                     

      In the new academic year, the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University has approved a new approach to dissertation work, which is in line with international standards. The new design includes several stages of writing a thesis, including a literature review.

      This success is an important step for young scientists who are eager to contribute to the development of science and education in Kazakhstan.
