      Uldanai Omirbay, a mathematics student at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, was recognised as the best student of the Commonwealth of Independent States and awarded the "Best CIS Student" badge. This prestigious recognition was awarded to Uldanai Omirbay for her significant contribution to the development of youth policy and active participation in public affairs. The award was presented at the international scientific-practical conference "Youth and Science: New Directions of Independence" held in Astana.

      The Best CIS Student international competition was organised by the Academy of the Best Students of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the National Innovation Research Centre "Bilim-orkenieti". Winners of international, republican and regional Olympiads, conferences and projects, as well as leaders and activists of public youth movements and members of Kazakhstan's national team participated in the competition.
