Physiologists and geneticists of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University showed the site where scientific and production research on air purification of Almaty will be conducted. The total area of the site for scientific research is 9 hectares. Currently, fruit trees are growing on 2 hectares of it. Work on growing plants that intensively absorb harmful waste from the air will take place on the remaining 7 hectares.

The land plot is located near the Koldi agro-biostation in Almaty region. Scientists are already preparing seedlings. Currently, three types of trees are grown: juniper, chestnut and oak. According to scientists, there are several species of chestnut, oak and juniper. Research will identify the most effective ones, after which they will proceed with planting.

Plants will also be grown here for the production of biologically active preparations that will contribute to the purification and recovery of the body of the city's residents.

It should be reminded that scientists of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University have discovered an innovative method of cleaning the air of Almaty from harmful substances. The project, focused on improving the ecology and health of city residents, will enter the scientific and production phase this spring season.
