Dauletbek Khamza, a robotics teacher at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, won the prestigious TikTok 2023 Teacher nomination. He presented a two-minute video in which he managed to explain not only creatively but also in the most accessible way how to build a robot on the Arduino platform. His video was a vivid example of how modern technologies can be integrated into the educational process. The organisers gave the teacher an iPhone 15 Pro Max smartphone so that he could make even better videos for millions of TikTok users.

Dauletbek Khamza, a software engineer at the Digital Lady Technopark of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, has been successfully teaching robotics to 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students for more than three and a half years, sharing his experience and knowledge.

Let us remind you that Dauletbek Hamza's victory became possible thanks to the #TeachersKazakhstan contest organised by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with TikTok and the Ministry of Education. The #TeachersKazakhstan initiative was a real breakthrough in the way teachers can share their knowledge in a creative way using short videos.

This project not only opened up new opportunities for teachers' creativity, but also made them experts in creating content that could attract the attention of a wide audience. The hashtags #TeachersKazakhstan have become popular in the Kazakhstan segment of social media, emphasising the importance of education and innovation in it.
