      QYZPU student placed in the top ten at an alpine skiing competition in Finland

      Aisha Rakisheva, a student of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, took 8th place in the women's mass start 10 km classic style and 15th place in the sprint at the FIS IMATRA SPA alpine skiing competition in Finland.

      72 athletes from 7 countries took part in the FIS international ski race. It is worth noting that other countries brought several athletes to the competition, and Aisha defended the honour of Kazakhstan alone.

                                                      

      From 9 to 10 December, Aisha will have two more races at 10 and 20 kilometres in skating style. The skier is currently preparing in the town of Ristijärvi.
