    • Rector Gulmira Qanay met with teachers of Almaty

      Rector of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University Gulmira Qanay met with teachers to support and develop support schools. The event was held on the basis of school-gymnasium №15 and gathered about 100 teachers.

      The main purpose of the meeting was to provide methodological support and develop the potential of support schools. The Rector held a seminar on "Leadership in Education", where she highlighted important aspects of creating conditions for unlocking leadership potential and developing educational leaders.

                                                         

      The seminar provided a forum for discussing the issues of leadership education and leadership management in educational institutions. The Rector shared her vision of the impact of managerial competence on leadership development in a team of teachers, emphasizing the importance of a balanced and competent approach to the management of the educational process.

      Teachers attending the event showed special interest in the topic of leadership in education. During the seminar they had an opportunity to understand more deeply the essence of leadership and leadership competence, which will give them tools to develop their own leadership potential and better organize the educational process.

                                                                                   

      In addition, as part of the event, employees of the university's Admissions and Career Guidance Department conducted career guidance work for students in grades 10-11. They told about the opportunities of studying at the Women's University and provided consultations to high school students on choosing a profile of study and future professional activity.

      The meeting with Rector Gulmira Qanay became a significant event for the educational community of Almaty, contributing to the exchange of experience, learning and development of pedagogical community. This step in the direction of supporting support schools and introducing modern leadership techniques will improve the quality of education in the region and prepare a new generation of leaders.
