      As part of the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve talent management and human resources development, a delegation from the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University made a visit to the Autonomous Educational Organization "Nazarbayev University" in the city of Astana.

      The delegation included prominent representatives of HR sphere: Director of HR Department Yulia Mikropulo, Head of Recruitment and Professional Development Department Sholpan Ryszhanova, Head of HR Administration Department Laura Meirmanova, and Leading Specialist of Recruitment and Professional Development Department Meruert Zeynadulova and Acting Head of Planning and Economic Department Symbat Murat.

                                                       

      The main purpose of the visit was to exchange experience and in-depth study of HR processes, peculiarities of talent management, which are successfully implemented at Nazarbayev University. To achieve this goal, the delegation held a number of meetings and negotiations with key representatives of Nazarbayev University.

      One of the important events was the meeting of the Director of HR Department Julia Micropulo with the General Director of Human Capital Development Department of Nazarbayev University Nurgul Ularkhanova. During this meeting the prospects of cooperation and exchange of experience in the field of talent management were discussed.

                                                                                      

      Julia Micropulo expressed her impression of the visit, noting the friendly and open reception from Nazarbayev University.

      "We exchanged ideas and agreed to develop further cooperation. Representatives of Nazarbayev University were open and friendly, welcomed us warmly," she emphasized.

      In addition to meetings with managers, the delegation visited the broadcasting office, where they discussed issues of employee interaction in this area. Meetings were also held with representatives of the office for research ethics and the office for conflict of interest ethics and compliance. During these meetings, issues of effective collaboration and support for research at the university were discussed.

      This visit was an important step in strengthening the partnership between the Women's University and Nazarbayev University. The exchange of experience and best practices in talent management contributes to improving the efficiency of educational processes and training of highly qualified personnel in the conditions of modern educational space.
