    • QYZPU hosted the first asyk tournament in the history of the university

      Never before has the game of asyk been held in national universities. Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University accepted the challenge of time by organizing the first in the history of the university tournament on Kazakh national games "Asyk Atu" and "Bes Asyk" among school teachers. The magnificent event became a bright holiday dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the university.

                                                         

      About one hundred players from different regions of the country came to the republican tournament. The teachers' struggle unfolded on the fields of the game, where men fought in duels on "Asyk Atu", and women competed in tense duels on "Bes Asyk". This event was a great opportunity for teachers not only to show their physical fitness and fortitude, but also to get into the spirit of national traditions.

                                                                                        

      The tournament was held with the support of the first president of the Qazaq kures Federation of RK, professor of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, honored coach of RK Yergali Mukhiddinov and the National Federation of Kazakhstan on Asyk Atu, which gave it special importance and authority.

                                                         

      Within the framework of the tournament on Kazakh national games, the university was visited by the general secretary of the Asyk Atu Federation of RK, editor-in-chief of the republican magazine "Stars of Sports", honorary professor of the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism Musagali Sabyrgaluly, president of the Asyk Atu Federation of Almaty Mukhtar Tursynov. Almaty Mukhtar Tursynov, the chief referee of the tournament - senior coach for asyk Asan Kanapiyanov, senior coach of Almaty on asyk atu Marat Asanov and executive director of the national magazine "Stars of Sports" Bolatbek Sagimbayev.

                                                                                      

      The competition turned into a real celebration of culture and traditions, where each participant contributed to the preservation and popularization of national games. The main goal of the tournament was not only to determine the strongest among teachers, but also to popularize national games, to contribute to the development of games that were once an integral part of the culture and traditions of the Kazakh people. Teachers, entering the field of games, thus became real guardians of the cultural wealth of the country.

                                                                                     

      Thus, the first ever tournament on Kazakh national games, held in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, left its mark in the hearts of participants and spectators, reminding of the importance of preserving and transmitting the national heritage through traditional games.
