      University teacher became a laureate of the state scientific scholarship

      ALMATY. December 24. Press center – Scientists of our University have achieved another success! Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Kazakh Literature, PhD Nargiza Baltabaeva was awarded a state scholarship.

      The young scientist has published more than 40 scientific articles, 1 textbook and 1 monograph. She is also the head of research projects under grant funding from the Ministry of Education and Science.

      Nargiza Baltabaeva studied for a doctoral studies at the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University in 2013-2016.

      In December 2016, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic «History of the Kazakh novel-essay genre, individual and traditional principles of teaching», and by the decision of the Committee on the control in the sphere of  education and science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty «6D011700-Kazakh language and literature».

      She is the head of the research project supported by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for  «The introduction of large-scale prose works in schools through digital educational resources» (2021).

      Today she teaches undergraduate students of the University the courses «Literary process and critical problems», «Kazakh literature of the XX century (1900-1950 / 1950-2000)».

      Nargiza Baltabaeva took part in a number of international and national scientific-practical conferences and was awarded the «Letter of appreciation» from the Nazarbayev Foundation.
