      Students of the 3rd year of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University under the educational program 6B02102 - "Choreography" took part in the republican subject Olympiad.

      The Olympiad, dedicated to outstanding teachers-masters of Kazakh choreography – K.M. Zhakupova, S.A. Nauryzbayeva, R.M. Kurpesheva, was organized by the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography in Astana on March 4-5.

      This competition was a serious test for the participants, allowing them to demonstrate their knowledge, talents and desire for high results in front of experienced specialists.

      In parallel with the Olympiad, an international competition of young choreographers was held dedicated to the memory of the Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, choreographer Raibaev Zaurbek Moldagalievich. The competition has become a great opportunity for young talents to inspire each other and share their creativity, remembering the outstanding choreographers of Kazakhstan.

      In the first round of the competition among several prestigious universities of the Republic, students of the educational program 6B02102 - "Choreography" were evaluated in such subjects as theory and methodology of teaching classical dance, theory and methodology of historical and everyday dance, and in the second round students Zhakupova K. M., Nauryzbayeva S. A., Answering quiz questions related to the work of such outstanding teachers-masters of Kazakh choreography, like R. M. Kurpesheva, became winners.

      As a result of the performance, the Tomiris team, which includes students of the 3rd year of the educational program 6B02102 - "Choreography", deservedly took ІІ place. This impressive result is the merit of not only talented participants, but also experienced mentors – PhD doctor Anipa Yerlanovna and senior lecturer Anar Alikhanova.
